Every season we make over some of our favourite new faces - and we have quite the alumni : Victoria Clay, Jennifer Malengele, Solela Malila and Leo Christa to name a few. For summer, we selected 2 British beauties, who are currently killing it in the Beauty game. @Urgalsal aka Salwa Rahman and Wendy Asumadu aka @Wendysworld_xox are both UK bloggers, quickly on the Insta come up. We’ve chatted to them and admired their inspiring makeup looks, so it was most definitely time to get them in front of the Slapp lens. We enlisted our OG MUA Meena Bhella, to bring our signature summer looks to life.
The brief was ‘new school nymph meets Park life 2018’. The focus was the eyes. Barely-there summer skin, but bold and fruity on top. Citrus was the motive, all we needed was some sun! But London did what it does best and gave us clouds, lots of clouds. So as all UK girls do, we got on with it regardless.
Following on from our signature Slapp shoot, we kept the Polaroid vibe alive (pt.2). Whilst awesome photographer Isha Shah, shot our girls on location in Hyde Park, Slapp founder Jamila captured all the BTS action on our Instax mini.
